How long it will take to prepare & ship my order?

Usually, for the regular order, our proccess of preparation before the shipment will take 1-2 days, no more than that. For the custom orders preparation time will vary. We ship worldwide & according to our practice, the fastest case scenario of shipping that we've had so far - is 5 days, the longest case scenario - is 1 month (very rare). It only depends on how busy Post Service Units are, not on us. We can't guarantee fastest shipping everytime, but 1 month shipping is pretty rare too. Our average time for all the countries is 10 - 14 days. Europe: 7 - 15 days. USA: 8 - 13 days. United Kingdom: 7 - 14 days. Australia: 18 - 28 days.

Payment & How I can cancel my order?

We accept payment by PayPal. If you accidentally chose the wrong item, or you are simply just don't want it anymore, that is okey, we are all humans here. Cancellation is possible only for ONE DAY after you've made an order. Please message us, as soon as possible, we'll fix it. !!!IMPORTANT!!! Please, keep in mind, that when you are cancelling your order we will sent your money back, but minus 10% of the whole transaction, due to the taxes reason. We pay taxes from each and every transaction automatically, when customer makes an order, so that 10% of money can not be refunded.

What if my package sent to the wrong address?

Please double check the "ship to" address entered into Etsy. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. We won't be making any refunds in a cases where you gave us incorrect address & the package simply was shipped in a black hole. However, if the package will not be lost or stolen and we'll be able to get our product back in a perfect condition - refund is possible, but without the shipping costs and minus 10% of taxes.
