Custom and personalized orders

Please give us the baby's name in the box for personalization on the item page. You can also enter any special requests, regarding color, etc in the "notes to seller" section after adding an item to your cart. We stitch traditional 3-letter monograms, with the last initial in the center. If we are provided only three letters for three-letter monograms, please be sure to note which is first, middle and last, if not, the monogram will be stitched in the order in which the letters are given. We have many different thread and ribbon colors as well as many dozens of font styles and sizes to create a customized outfit just for you! Please see the "Rush Order" section below if you are in need of an order quicker than our posted processing time.

All garments (except holiday, leg warmers, and hand-knit hats) are machine washable & dryable, NO BLEACH. Knitted hats should be hand-washed in cold water and air dried. Air dry leg warmers. Do not air dry other embroidered items. Each garment has been washed in a baby-safe detergent, after the embroidery and is ready to wear. It is also necessary that we launder many items, prior to the embroidery process so the they won't shrink away from the thread. Embroidered areas can be pressed with an iron after laundering. Embroidered areas are lined with an iron-on backing to protect baby's fragile skin. If this backing starts to peel away after repeated washings, press the underside of the garment with a hot iron to help it re-adhere.

We will gladly include a gift message along with the item. The best way of doing this is to use the Etsy Gift message option when making your purchase. Please be sure to sign your name so your gift recipient knows who it's from!

We strive to make each item as perfect as we possibly can, but misunderstandings can occur and mistakes can be made. If your item does not meet or exceed your expectations, please contact the shop, prior to leaving feedback, so we can do anything possible to correct the issue. While we truly want each buyer to be happy, please be sure that your issue isn't the result of you not reading the item info or our posted policies. We are not responsible for the buyer providing incorrect info at checkout.

We can not be responsible for anything that happens with the USPS regarding lost, misdelivered or late mail once it leaves our hands.

Please leave the baby's name in the box for personalization that can be found on the item main page before adding it to your cart. If you are using an older application that doesn't have that box, please leave the baby's name in the box for notes to the shop at checkout.

When will my order be shipped and delivered?

Your order will ship within the time frame that was posted as the processing time on your order, at the time of purchase. If your "ship by" date falls on a holiday, your order will ship by the next business day. *We cannot guarantee the date of delivery, only the shipment time frame. The "Estimated delivery dates" that Etsy places on items are out of our control and do not take into consideration delays within the USPS system. These are "Estimates" and should not be seen as guarantees.

This newborn boy outfit is the perfect way to introduce any new little one to the world! The soft 100% cotton romper and hand-knit "Hi" hat, are in a beautiful surf blue and champagne color palette. The romper is personalized with up to two names. Please note the other text on the romper cannot be changed. The items in our shop are embroidered on commercial machines for a professional quality. The romper is available separately, however, the hat cannot be sold by itself.
