For accurate sizing on stretch cord bracelets take a bendable tape measure, wrap it around your wrist snug, but not tight. When you get that number add .5 - 1 inch depending on how tight or loose you like to wear it. If you have a specific size you need for the wire bracelets please reach out. Since these are so thin you may want to size down. take a bendable tape measure, wrap it around your wrist snug, but not tight. When you get that number add .5 - 1 inch depending on how tight or loose you like to wear it. Nylon cord sizes slightly vary. They typically fit up to a 7.5 inch wrist. If you have an exact size you need please message me. All items are not exchangeable or returnable as everything is handmade to order,

Avoid using perfume, lotion, water, and chemicals around jewelry. Keep jewelry dry or the metal bracelets will tarnish. Store them in the jewelry box given when not in use. The metal bracelets are made with painted glass seed beads. Please keep them dry or the coloring can flake. If you bracelet gets catch on something it can snap, this includes wire bracelets. Please be cautious when wearing the jewelry. When purchasing jewelry from my Casey's Crystal Cove your acknowledging it is FRAGILE and understand the consequences of improper care. Please wear with extra caution as Casey's Crystal Cove is not responsible for wear and tear on items.

Natural gemstones / size of gemstones

Gemstones will vary in color, size, and and texture. Tube beads (long skinny beads) are between .5 -.75 inches / 4x13mm For example, rose quartz could come pale or vibrant. No crystal will ever appear the exact same. Some stones may appear matte while others may appear shiny. Crystal have inclusions which is any material that is trapped inside of another mineral while that mineral forms. This could be a bubble, or a different color mineral. For example, if you see a black dot inside of a rose quartz that is an inclusion. When a listing states the beads are 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, or 8mm please understand the size could SLIGHTLY vary. Some beads may be 5.75 next to a 6mm bead but they're both categorized as 6mm.

No returns or exchanges

Every piece of jewelry is handmade to order therefor, there are no returns or exchanges.

USPS Insurance - Shipping Delays - Damage - Lost - Stolen

I highly recommend purchasing USPS insurance to protect your package from being lost, damaged or stolen. You will submit a claim and USPS will refund you. If you do not purchase insurance nothing can be done. Casey's Crystal Cove is not responsible if your item is delayed, lost, damaged or stolen. It is up to the buyer if they would like to protect their item. If your item is marked delivered USPS may not be able to provide a refund. You must obtain GPS coordinates of your package to prove it was not delivered to your address. If lost, they must suggest contacting the police to make a report. I can not say for sure what USPS will decide to refund, you must have proof to back yourself up in your claim. Refunds are at USPS discretion.

Please purchase shipping insurance (listing in my etsy shop, link below). Shipping insurance covers items lost & damaged while in possession of USPS. If you break your own item this insurance will not cover it. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1105936535/usps-shipping-insurance?click_key=efb0174b1243205679ec1da9137e3b3431d1c62a%3A1105936535&click_sum=24e628b2&ref=shop_home_active_60&frs=1&sca=1&sts=1 Casey's Crystal Cove is not responsible for damaged items. If you purchase shipping insurance USPS will be responsible for refunding your purchase. If the item arrives in good condition & breaks in your possession Casey's Crystal Cove is not responsible for replacing your item.

Nylon cord bracelets come on a card inside of a plastic envelope. All metal wire, stretch cord, and stone sets are carefully wrapped in tissue paper with a sticker, placed in a white jewelry box with cotton padding, and tied with ribbon. The item is then placed in a protected bubble mailer. You will also receive an information card on the stones as well a care card for bracelets with spacers. Tissue paper & ribbon colors will vary. I try my best to match the items colors. Please understand, the main reason for the white jewelry box is for extra protection. If the box comes crushed but kept your item safe - it has done its job. I do not charge extra for the box as I use it for added protection.
