Graphics may not simply be used as-is for digital commercial purposes. For digital commercial use, your end product’s design must be significantly different than the original graphic; require time, effort, and skill to produce; and does not derive its primary value from the graphic itself.

✓ You MAY use purchased files to create a new, original design. (For example, you are allowed to use dinosaur elements to create a dinosaur themed party invitation template.)
✓ You MAY create new designs combining multiple purchased files and adding elements of your own, as long as the new design is flattened and the original items cannot be extracted by your customer.
✓ You MAY use purchased files to create your own unique designs and sell them on Print-On-Demand (POD) sites.

✖ You MAY NOT make public, re-sell, distribute, sub-license, or otherwise share any of these purchased files.
✖ You MAY NOT create a digital product that includes isolated elements or allows users to extract the elements that you’ve used. All designs provided to the end user must be flattened.
✖ You MAY NOT create end products that compete with the original product. (For example, you cannot bundle multiple designs or extract individual elements and sell that as a new product, nor can you simply change basic elements such as color and size and sell that as a new product.)
✖ You MAY NOT sell in a way that is directly competitive with the original product that you purchased. (For example, you cannot purchase an invitation template, change the elements and sell it as another invitation template.)
✖ You MAY NOT upload original files as-is or with only minor changes to POD sites. Designs uploaded to POD sites must be vastly different from the original, meaning they have unique distinctive elements that are added by you.
