How do I personalise my order?

You can add personalisation details in the personalisation box on each listing. Please double-check spelling, dates, and details before submitting your order, as each piece is made to order. If your order requires an image (for example, handwriting or a paw print), you can send it to me in a message after placing your order. Inside engraving for rings and bracelets is available as a separate listing and will need to be added to your order if you’d like this included.

How long will my order take to be made?

Each piece is made to order. Current processing times are shown on each listing and at checkout - some designs may take up to 2–3 weeks, so please check before ordering.

What necklace lengths do you offer?

Most necklaces are adjustable between 16–18 inches. Full length details are listed on each product page, so please check the listing before ordering. If you’re looking for a different length, other sizes may be available on request - feel free to message me before purchasing.

Can I see examples of names, initials, or birth flowers?

Sample images are available for the majority of pieces to help you choose a style, font, or layout. If you’d like to see an example for a specific design (such as name styles, initials, or engraving fonts), please send me a message and I’ll be happy to help. If you’re unsure, you’re very welcome to get in touch for guidance.

Do your products contain nickel?

No - all jewellery is made using nickel-free materials.

Do you accept returns on personalised jewellery?

As each piece is personalised, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please get in touch and I’ll always do my best to help.

Do you offer chain repairs or replacements?

Yes - I offer a few options depending on what you need. Replacement chains for name necklaces and full chains are available to purchase. Returning customers may be eligible for a discount - please get in touch before ordering. If you need help attaching a replacement chain, I’m happy to do this for you for a small fee. If your chain arrives faulty or breaks within 30 days of delivery, please contact me and I’ll arrange a free replacement.

Is your jewellery suitable for children?

Due to small parts, jewellery is not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Wholesale availability

Yes - wholesale is available on a limited basis. If you’re interested in stocking Blume & Brave, please get in touch with a few details about your business and I’ll be happy to discuss options with you.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, I recommend removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping, and avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. When not being worn, store your jewellery in an airtight container (such as a zip-lock style bag) to help protect it from moisture and air. Full care details can be found in individual product listings where relevant, and on the care card provided with your order.

Item Quality 5/5 I ordered this ring as a gift for my partner. I was very impressed with the quality, appearance, and work that went into this ring. The Flower engraving is more subtle than what the picture highlighted, which is exactly what she was hoping for. The personalized message on the inside of the ring was a great addition. Delivery 4/5 I did give a 4 here because the item arrived 2 business days after the latest expected delivery date. However, it was being shipped halfway across the world so I was expecting it to take awhile. The delivery packaging was great, secure, and no damage. The ring even came in a nice leather pouch. Overall, I highly recommend this product. It is well worth the wait and my partner is very happy with it.
