Why are my towels so flat when I receive them?

The towels are compressed when they are shipped so they may appear flat when they arrive. Once you wash them they will fluff out.

Why do my letters look different with embroidery?

Embroidery fonts are different and sometimes letters such as "o" and "a" may appear similar especially when using script. Please keep this in mind when you receive your embroidered gifts.
