CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations can ONLY be made within an hour of your order being placed. Each order is made-to-order and due to that nature, we can NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is if there is a quality error on our end. Please reach out to me if there is an issue with your item within 7 business days.

Please also make sure to double check your address. We have a very limited time (generally 1 hour) before a change can be made. We are working hard to make sure your item is shipped to you as quickly as possible.
