My order arrived damaged or missing. What should I do?

Please take a photo with all the item(s) and packing material you received. Send a description of the damage or missing item(s) within 48 hours to our ETSY shop messenger. We will review the incident and determine if a refund or replacement is applicable. -We will not take any responsibility if you connect us after 48 hours once tracking shows delivered. -We will not take any responsibility if your plants arrived damaged due to the cold weather without purchased any winter protection. -We do not take any responsibility if the order(s) are delivered to the wrong address is provided by the customer. -Shipping, insulation, and heat packs fee are not refundable. We still strongly suggest you connect with us if you have any questions.

When will my order ship?

Plant need time to dry soil to avoid rot during shipping. It normally takes 1-7 business days to ship out. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available. Normally takes 2-6 days to arrived after I ship if USPS do not delay.

My order looks a little different from the stock picture?

Every plant is unique in color and sizes. They will not be exactly the same but they will arrived in similar condition. If plants arrived not so colorful like picture, you can give it more sunlight and the color will come back.

Heat packs and winter insulation are available for purchase in my shop. 💦 Water: Do not spoil your succulents. Only water when the soil is totally dry or when the leaf is wrinkled. ☀️Sun: Full sun during Spring, Autumn, and Winter. Half sun during Summer time. 🪴 Soil: 50% rock + 50% potting soil for easy drainage. - Extra Care Tips: 1. Variegated succulents are easy to get sunburned. Do not sun stress too hard. Morning sun is the best for them. 2. For the Haworthia family, they like tall pots and indirect sun. 3. Blow the extra water on leaves after you water your succulents. The water droplets will act as a magnifying glass and could sunburn your plants.

Why the plants soil arrived so dry?

No worries, I always ship dry soil especially at winter and summer to avoid frozen and rot. Succulents have a lot water inside the leaf to keep them alive. Even the leaves looks very wrinkle, it can bounce back quick after deep water😊 You can water right away. They will bounce back next day💕 If did not bounce back in 24 hours, maybe is because it did not drink enough. If drink enough still did not bounce back, please message me.

How to take care it if I received a cutting as a gift?

You can use moist soil or moss or clay pebble to rooted it. You can also use water propagate it, just make sure change the water everyday.

My order shows shipped or delivered but I never received it. What should I do?

Etsy have a Purchase Protection: If there is anything happened that out of seller control like buyer never received their package (lost in transit). Etsy will cover the loss. I would love to connect them to fix for you but they only allow buyer to connect them for this kind case. You can do like below: Step 1, Send seller a “Help request” - Click help.etsy.com - Select Help with order to open a help request(The option is all the way to the bottom of the page) - You will need to wait 48 hours to do step 2. Step 2, Connect Etsy to “Open a case” - After 48 hours click help.etsy.com select “contact Etsy support “ Select Yes, I want to open a case. - Select you want a refund, put reason “My item shipped but never received”. Select Submit.
