Downloading a Digital Item

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase by Etsy.

I can’t seem to find my download notification email.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list.

Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

I’m having trouble downloading my files.

Can I add gift message to Calendars?

Yes! I can redesign the calender's cover page with your personal message or simply write "to ..." If you want to see it before printing, please send me message.

I only find the printed version of the Monthly or Yearly Calendar, do you do custom orders for the printable versions?

Yes! Please let me know via messages. So that I can list the item as printable version on the list price then you can purchase the printable version. (It's the best way to print your own copies at your local printing center & great for the worldwide customers cause I don't ship worldwide.)

Can you start my calendar different than January?

Yes, I can redesign your monthly calendars specially for you before sending to printing. Like December 2023 - November 2024 / March 2024 - February 2025

Where my calendar will be printed?

Calendars are fulfilled in 19 countries: the inch sized in the United States & Canada, the cm sized in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.
