How do I measure my thigh size for the garter order?

Please use a measuring tape measure your thigh around 4 inch high from the knee. If you want garter to be higher on leg, please mention at the message box. For thr perfect fit, best would be measure the thigh size , but if it is a gift and you can't know the size, please describe as clothes size or pants size.
