My jewelry is handmade and made to order for special occasions. Because many of my customers see their special occasion pieces as heirlooms, I have a guarantee that the jewelry I send will never have been in the hands of another. Therefore unless I've made a mistake, I do not take returns.

When ordering a bracelet from me use a flexible measuring tape. Measure just above the wrist bone, then add 1/4” to 1/2” depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. NOTE....I use a specific tool for measuring the inner circumference of a bracelet to size it for you because the width of the beads themselves take up space on the inside circumference. Different size beads take up different amounts of space. That makes making the inside measurement smaller than the length when laid out flat. Also, the clasp is part of the length. *Tip: If you don't have a tape measure handy, use a strip of paper or thin string, and mark it where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any.

Because my jewelry is handmade, I can customize the length of most of my necklaces. If you are not sure what length necklace you need, send me a note. I have a handy necklace graph that I can send you to help you determine the perfect length for you. Always keep in mind that a necklace graph is an average size woman. So if you're bigger or smaller than average, you'll have to adjust your length.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not gift wrap, but your jewelry will arrive to you securely packaged in a gift bag worthy of gift-giving.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are time-consuming for a maker. However, very satisfying when it all comes together. I am willing to hear what a customer wants, and to consider if I can make it happen!

CARING FOR YOUR COSTUME JEWELRY SO IT CAN LAST A VERY LONG TIME..... **** Remove all jewelry before taking shower, swimming (chlorine will destroy metals) exercising (sweating) or using cleaning products. **** The chemicals in your perfume, makeup, and hairspray will damage your jewelry. Don't spray the areas where you will be putting the jewelry and make sure to put it on last. ****When you're not wearing your jewelry please store it plastic pouches to keep them free from dust and humidity. Humidity will oxidize sterling silver and gold filled jewelry, as well as plated materials. ***NOTE.... Queen Me Jewelry will not be held responsible for you not following these guidelines of not properly caring for your jewelry.

Are these earrings heavy???

FYI.... Any earrings over 2" are going to have some weight to them. Feel free to ask me about a specific pair, but keep in mind each woman's idea of what "heavy" means is different. One might think it is heavy, and another might not bat her beautful eyelashes. It's all relative!

What if I have metal allergies?

NOTE: Typically, there isn't any nickel used in my settings. If you have metal allergies, you'll want to make sure the jewelry you're considering is sterling silver or 14k gold, but even then, a person can react. I'm not responsible for a person's body reaction to my jewelry.

Do I offer insurance to a package.

If your purchase is over $250 worth of products, I will automatically add insurance and signature conformation. If you are purchasing less than $250 worth of product and want either of those options, reach out to me and I can send you a link for those listings.

Are any of your images AI

Yes. Some of my images are enhanced with AI, but ALL product photos submitted to AI for enhancement, are done so with an original photo that I took. AI offers me the ability to present my jewelry on a human where it would not have otherwise been possible. That can give the buyer a better idea of what a piece might look like on them. I also always try and have a video of the jewelry as well as size and dimensions in the listing. Please take all of these things into consideration before purchasing.
