Anchored Accents is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control.

Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Again, after the shipping carrier has taken possession of your package, we have no control of the item and the responsibility lies with the carrier.

Any personalized item in our shop that requires information from the buyer will be copied and pasted as typed out by the customer. There will be no refunds or exchanges so PLEASE double check spelling/info before ordering.

If customer doesn't include part of the personalized info, we will reach out through Etsy messages for missing info. If buyer doesn't respond within 24 hrs, we will proceed with order and as we see fit. If it is information that can't be chosen by us (such as a name, date, etc..) we will make a 2nd attempt to reach the buyer. If we get no response within 48 hrs of 2nd attempt, order will be cancelled due to missing information and inability to create order.
