When requested, we're happy to provide mock ups of your custom sign, however please note only 3 design changes are included in your purchase. Mock ups will be sent within 48-72 hours upon purchase, so make sure to 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐭𝐬𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 regularly for designs. -Photographs of the damaged areas of the inner and outer contents, to include any labeling on the outside of the box.

-Your name, order number and a detailed description of the damaged contents.
