All jewelry is neatly packaged in a small velvet pouch. All orders will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days after the order has been received.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will accept the return.

PLEASE NOTE as we strictly do not resell used or returned jewelry, there will be a 30% reprocessing fee for returned jewelry. The 30% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Refunds will only be made to the product less the 30% reprocessing fee, and not the shipping cost.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.

DiarioLux holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
