SIZE OPTIONS:
For TEXT options - text decals are measured in width NOT height.
For IMAGE options - Image decals are measured by the longest side.

DECAL:
Decals are CUT not printed. Decals are one solid colour only. If you would like a multi-colour design, please view our custom sticker listing -

COLOUR OPTIONS:
All decals are cut in one solid colour only with no background. Full colour images/designs will not be accepted. Please refer to listing photos for colour options.

IF SUBMITTING IMAGE:
Please send the highest resolution image or vector file to my email - rawdesignsubmissions [!at] gmail.com. Please include your order number in the email to avoid confusion. (FULL COLOUR IMAGES, DESIGNS, OR PHOTOS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.)

FOR CUSTOM TEXT:
Please enter in the "personalization" section the text exactly as the way you would like it to appear. Please enter your font choice as well. (refer to listing photos for font options). If no font option is given, your decal will be made in font 22.
PLEASE NOTE: Only three lines of text per decal order. If you would like more than three lines, please order more quantity accordingly.
Please make sure to specify how you would like the text layout to look like. If you do not specify how you would like the layout; the decal will be made exactly as you entered in the personalization section.

WHERE YOU CAN USE YOUR DECAL:
Decals are best applied onto a smooth clean and flat surfaces. Apply to windows, car windows, laptops/computers, waterbottles, glassware, glass boxes. Virtually any smooth surface!

SHIPPING:
All decals include free shipping within Canada sent via Canada Post lettermail that does not include tracking. Decals sized 14" and over will be shipping via parcel and WILL include tracking. Decals 13" and under will be sent via lettermail and DO NOT include tracking. You may upgrade your shipping in checkout to include tracking if needed.
Shipping within Canada may take 2-5 business days to arrive.
Shipping to the USA may take 5-14 days to arrive via lettermail; 3-6 days via Parcel.
International shipping may take 4-15 business days to deliver. We are not responsible for any delays in the postal system.
