Custom and personalized orders

I cannot customize or alter items already in my shop. Please contact me to request a custom order. Pricing for custom stamping will vary depending on the piece. Custom orders must be paid before I begin work on your item. If we were in contact regarding a custom item and you decide not to purchase, please let me know. Do to the nature of the stones and settings, I do not resize rings. Please make sure to purchase your correct size.

Remove jewelry before sleeping, bathing, swimming, or any activity that could cause damage (physical activities, using cleaning products, etc.) Aluminum jewelry may be wiped clean with any jewelry cloth. Sterling silver, copper, and brass will oxidize over time. Jewelry may be cleaned with a polishing cloth. I recommend Sunshine cloths. Cuff bracelets are not meant to be repeatedly opened and closed. Adjust only once. Squeeze it closed just enough that it fits over the skinniest part of wrist. I can't provide refunds or replacements for broken bracelets. Copper jewelry may cause green marks on skin due to sweating,high skin acidity, etc. Perfectly normal, but you can apply a clear protective coating such as Protectaclear if you wish.

Shipping and Insurance

Items are shipped USPS First Class. If you would like insurance, please send me a message. I will then make a separate listing for you to cover the additional cost. I am not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If an item is returned to me, the additional shipping cost must be paid before I resend the item.
