I always donate a portion of my profits to S.A.F.E., a farm animal sanctuary from Canada. I visited this non-profit many times and Catherine, the founder, is totally devoted to the cause. Not only does she provide a calm and loving home to injured animals, but she also raises awareness on animal cruelty and promotes the compassionate vegan lifestyle to support animal rights.

Taking care of the environment is very important to me. I always strive to improve, but I can proudly say that I do the very best I can to choose ecofriendly options whenever possible.

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).*

Doro Marcello is now registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Der Grüne Punkt.
