HOW TO CARE FOR BEADED NECKLACES: Store your jewels in the jewelry pouch and ensure not to bend the wire.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Usually you can send it as a letter paying only for the stamp.

Please pack the item in its original packaging and the item must be in its original condition to qualify for return.

Personalized items cannot be returned.

The necklace was of excellent quality but I needed to exchange it for smaller links and to receive the replacement item quickly in time for my grandson’s birthday .
