Care:
Wool naturally repels dirt and moisture, but if your hooks need a little more than that, just wipe gently with a cool damp cloth. We keep it clean by using wool and wood, which are both natural and sustainable resources.

Longer Bolts:
Each hook purchase includes a standard 1.5" hanger bolt for brick, drywall, or concrete installation. However, if purchasing a larger order of hooks, or if you are certain you will be installing through drywall and into a wooden stud, consider adding a pair of these longer 3.5 " hanger bolts.

We provide the necessary hardware and instructions for installation; if you are installing through drywall and into a stud or another situation where you need a longer bolt, we have those available to purchase in our shop.

If you are having difficulty with install, please reach out and we can help troubleshoot.

The most common issue is if the drywall is accidentally over drilled. This can happen if the drywall is quite soft, the bit used is too large, or drilling happens at an angle. Over drilling can cause the anchor to spin. If this has happened, you can always patch the hole, wait for it to dry, and re-drill.

When installed correctly, these hooks are very sturdy and lie flush to the wall. Let us know if you have any questions!
