•HOW DO I ORDER?•

Preferred File Types: AI, EPS, PDF, and PSD
Acceptable File Types: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and SVG
Not Acceptable File Types: BMP, JIF, DOC, XLS, PPT, and RAR
Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per square inch)

•ORDERING + PROOF DETAILS•
-Each pack of stickers is for ONE design/image only. Packs may not be split
-We do not offer design services at this time. Please provide a ready-to-print file to print your stickers. If you would like a simple text added to your image, please message us.
-If your design/shape will not fit within the dimensions you had purchased, we may send you a message requesting additional payment.
-We will send a proof of your design via Etsy Messages within 2 business days of receiving your original image. The digital proof shows where the cut line will be. Please respond within 2 days or your stickers may automatically go to production.
-Our printers do a great job of matching the color as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors of your printed sticker will exactly match your design image. Your phone/computer will show the proof image in RGB colors. Each phone/computer may have different settings which can alter how the colors look. The custom vinyl stickers files will be converted to CMYK colors when printed.

•SHIPPING + HANDLING TIMES•
-Once you have approved the digital proof, the stickers will be printed and shipped the next business day.
-If your subtotal is UNDER $20, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class with a stamp (no official tracking number).
-If your subtotal is OVER $20, you will receive a USPS First Class Tracking number
-USPS First Class Tracking is free. Upgrades for Priority (1-5 business days) & Priority Express (Next Day - 2 business days) are available for purchase at checkout.

-Most orders arrive at their destination within 2-7 business days after shipping. Expected delivery times for all shipping services are not guaranteed by Sticker Wave or USPS, delivery may take longer on occasion. Once the tracking number states "delivered", we cannot refund or reship the order.
-Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when you order. If you find that there is an issue with the address, please let us know immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping information.

•CANCELLATIONS + RETURNS•
-Cancellations must be made before order is printed.
-Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.
-Returns are not accepted on custom items. If you have any problems with your stickers, please contact us.
