Teal bag has 5 teaspoons of use.
Purple bag is 2 oz of Fulvic.

Add 1 teaspoon to water and soak for 10-20 minutes. Use 1-3x a week. Can be used as a foot soak or whole body soak. Can leave the water sit for 10-15 minutes and take a flashlight and see what was pulled out. This is great to use along side parasite cleansing or simple detoxing.

DIY face mask: mix 1/4-1/2 teaspoon to desired thickness and apply to face. Leave on for 20-30 minutes and rinse.

The fulvic soak did a fab job but has unfortunately stained my towels, it seems like I’m the only one and the seller reached out to me personally to apologise so it doesn’t affect the 5* review. Just a warning :) don’t use white towels to clean up
