This is not a quality or seller issue, this is usually an Etsy, payment, or technical issue. I will help you the best way I can to locate and access your download files (through your Etsy account).

**DO NOT ask me to email you the digital downloads - I will not do that. [Fishing scams are rampant on the Etsy platform so it is the seller's right to ensure their business is protected/valued]

**As a buyer, it is your responsibility to understand device compatibility with PDF files, so you will need to be sure your phone has a PDF reader installed - this is free in your app store. Otherwise, it's best to download/access digital items from a computer/desktop. If you purchased a digital product through the Etsy App on your phone: many have issues locating the "Download" page and link to access their item when they purchase a digital product through the Etsy APP (from their phone). The Etsy App, as of now, is not mobile-compatible for digital purchases. You will need to login to your Etsy account (from 'etsy.com') directly through your internet browser (on your mobile phone or computer), like Safari, Chrome, etc.
