What if my package shows delivered but I don't have it?

If USPS tracking shows delivered in your mailbox or porch and you don't have it, please allow 2 to 3 days. Sometimes, the carrier will mark delivered to stay on their schedule. This happens frequently. Also check with your household members and neighbors. If its nowhere to be found and not delivered in 2 to 3 days, go to your local post office and have them look at the GPS location. If it shows delivered to correct address, you will need to file a police report. Order will not be reshipped if shows delivered to your address. If GPS shows order was delivered to a different address, USPS is responsible for picking up and redelivering to you. Thank you for your understanding. Look below regarding lost orders.

What if the contents of my package are damaged?

All items are wrapped with care. If you do receive a damaged product, please message me and include photos of the damaged bag/box and the damaged item/items. A replacement will be shipped or a refund will be processed. Photos must be provided so if its carrier's fault, a claim can be filed.

Can I return for refund or do an exchange?

At this time, Bella Rose Paper Garden accepts exchanges only. Refunds are subject to approval depending on case. Please contact me within 7 days after receiving your order and let me know what product you would like as replacement. All exchanges must be approved. Buyer also pays for return shipping cost and must have tracking number which can be purchased at your local post office. If no tracking number and mail is lost, an exchange or refund will not be honored. Please message me with tracking information once you have shipped out. When your return has been received, your replacement item will be shipped out with USPS tracking within 2 to 3 days or refunded (if approved beforehand) minus the original shipping.

What if my package is lost?

Sometimes, mail is put on the wrong truck or plane and will get rerouted. That usually causes another week or more of delay. I usually check tracking on all my orders and will contact you if I see a delay. If the tracking status doesn't change after 14 days, I will check with Etsy if you can be covered under buyer protection for a refund. If not, I will reship your order.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If wrong address was entered right after placing an order, please message me. I will need to cancel the order so you can re-order. Etsy does not cover buyer protection if wrong address was entered. Before shipping and address cannot be verified by USPS, I will message you. If no reply within 3 days, order will be cancelled. If order has already shipped, you will need to contact your local post office to reroute to correct address. Bella Rose Paper Garden is not responsible for orders being lost or misdelivered due to incorrect/insufficient address. Order will not be reshipped. A refund will be issued upon receipt minus shipping or reshipped, but buyer will need to pay for reshipping. Buyer can choose either option.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, Bella Rose Paper Garden will do combined shipping if you purchase more than one item. Once the order is packaged and weighed, the actual shipping cost will be known. If there is a shipping overage $1.00 and up, then a refund will be processed. If you place an order and realize you forgot an item or two, go ahead and place another order since sellers are not able to process payments but only Etsy. A refund will be processed for the overage.

Do you offer custom orders or special requests?

At this time, I do not take custom orders or special requests. I am the only person running my store, but hope to have an assistant in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

If a product is sold as a set, is it possible to only by one or a few of the items?

Products that are listed as a set will not be sold individually.

Do you hand deliver if I live close by?

All items are shipped through USPS to be covered under Etsy's buyer seller protection. Not having tracking numbers can also affect status of my shop. I thank you for your understanding.

What if my package tracking shows delayed?

We all hate delays. I try to ship out quickly, but after that, the order is in USPS hands. They usually deliver within 3 to 5 business days most of the time. On occassion, delays can happen. There are different reasons for delays such as packages are put on the wrong truck or plane and need to rerouted, Christmas season, broken equipment, etc. If the tracking shows "in transit...arriving late", please allow 5 to 10 days for order to arrive. I usually track packages and if status doesn't change after 10 days, I will usually refund or reship. Please know that I will do my best to provide the best solution.

What to know

These flower stickers are so pretty and come in different shades of yellow and orange. They also have a pressed and dried appearance. There are 40 pieces with 2 each of 20 designs and have a clear backing. The 3rd photo shows one of each flower but you will get 2 of each. **Tips below how to remove backing.** Also, a 5 1/4 inch clear plastic jar sticker comes with the pack. Stickers are packed in a cellophane bag and a random cardstock.

The stickers measure from 1 1/8 and up to 3 inches. You can use with the flowers or other stickers. It would be cute to do a fairy jar with fairy and botanical stickers. You can also use it for any holiday. The flowers are great to use in a planner, in a junk journal, scrapbook, a card, collage, etc. **The 5th photo shows how I used a couple of the flowers in my junk journal for a Fall theme.** The stickers are packaged in a cellophane bag.

**Tips: I love the look of clear stickers but sometimes they take a little more effort in removing the back. There are a couple of methods I use. One, I take a rounded corner and flick back and forth with my finger until a bit comes off. If that doesn't work, I use the tip of craft blade tip of steak knife, or pointy end of a needle to try and lift a corner.**
