A terrible seller. Do not buy. Once you pay, you cannot get your money back. I messaged the seller twice and requested a refund for the products I ordered as it took almost 3 weeks to arrive but they completely ignored my request and forced me to accept their unwanted product. Etsy should review this seller account asap.

Unfortunately, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order,as stated in our shop policy.We understand that you requested a cancellation after the item was shipped and 10 days after placing the order.However,we did offer a partial refund once the item was returned to us in its original condition.
