“Love it! Just beautiful. One of her hands is wobbly/loose, and it has a funky smell. Other than that, we think it's really awesome. Thank you!”

All very well. It fully meets expectations: very beautiful reproduction of Cuzqueño Art.... better than the same promotional photographs. We had to connect with the seller: they were very kind and understanding. We recommend the store. Congratulations!!

Specifications

May include: A carved wooden frame with ornate details, featuring a small statue of a woman in a long robe holding a child. The frame is painted in shades of brown and red, with a yellow face on the top.

This piece is a beautiful handcrafted representation with influences from colonial art. It features a wooden sculpture of the Virgin, placed inside a finely carved decorative niche. The niche frame showcases ornamental motifs, with reliefs depicting vegetal elements and volutes, as well as a sculpted head at the top center. The Virgin, with a humble and expressive appearance, is seated with her hands in a contemplative position, highlighting the simplicity and solemnity of the figure.

The piece has an aged finish that gives it an antique look, ideal for collectors or decorators interested in unique items that blend contemporary art with stylistic elements of the colonial period. This work combines artistic details that evoke past eras, making it perfect for those seeking a special piece with a strong sense of cultural and heritage identity.
