Combined postage costs are calculated automatically at the checkout, but if you are interested in placing a large order please get in touch first for a more accurate shipping cost.

Most orders are not sent via tracked delivery, unless it is a larger order. This is because international postage can be expensive and I try to keep the costs as low as possible. Tracked shipping is an optional extra you can pay for at the checkout, or you can get in touch with me so that I can calculate exactly how much your tracked shipping would be.

I calculate all the shipping costs based on the weight of the item, I do my best to make all the costs as accurate as possible. As I am based in the UK some destinations such as the USA and Australia are expensive to ship to, particularly for heavier items such as mugs and framed prints.

If you are placing an order for several items and the shipping seems too much please get in touch to get a more accurate price, as it is difficult to set the combined shipping to automatically come out accurately every time.

I am happy to take requests for larger prints of most of my illustrations, but some of my older pictures may be too small to print much bigger than A3. I have to order custom prints in so please get in touch to discuss the options.

There is a gift wrapping option available at the checkout. I can also include gift notes free of charge, and send orders directly to your recipient. Please ensure that you include your message in a note with your order, and set your delivery address to your recipient's address.

I am currently taking commissions but please bear in mind that if you request an item such as a mug or greeting card featuring a new design that it is the artwork you are paying for - please don't expect to pay the same price as a standard item. Designs can take several days of hard work to create and I charge accordingly. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss possibilities.

As of 1st July 2020 shipping prices to the USA for small parcels drastically increased. I'm very sorry this has happened but it is unfortunately out of my control. Shipping for smaller items that can fit in a large letter box has stayed the same, but this has made the combined shipping very difficult to set so that it works automatically. If you are interested in placing a larger order (particularly bulky things such as mugs) please get in touch and I can create a custom listing for you with accurate shipping costs.

I am based in the UK so customers in Europe may now be charged a customs fee when receiving their order. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience, but this is unfortunately out of my control and you are responsible for paying any fees. Fees will depend on your country, please check this first if you are unsure.
