We do not accept returns or exchanges on our items due the nature of us creating them at the time of order. Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions.

Any return shipping costs is the buyers responsibility. Items returned to us must be in brand new condition and unused and not broken. If the item is exchanged the shipping costs for the exchanged item is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are for the price of the item only, original shipping is non-refundable.

EU customers (only EU) have a 14-day window for returns. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer. Any items that are custom or personalized are not returnable. Cancellations must be done within 24 hours. We will do our best to cancel but if work has begun on your order, we are not able to cancel it.
