I handcraft all of my signs with real wood. This means that there may be imperfections (ie. differences in grain, knots, chips, cracks, holes, etc.). I do not try to fix, cover, or hide these imperfections; I believe they add character and charm to the sign. Not one item is ever identical. You are truly getting a unique and beautiful piece!

I do my absolute best to photograph and describe each item accurately. Please keep in mind that all monitors display color differently and thus the item you see in the photo may look slightly different in person. Also, please bear in mind that each piece of wood will accept stain differently based upon its imperfections.

Each item at Oskee Rustic is made-to-order and crafted by my own hands. No machines or vinyl stickers here! Only a uniquely designed and 100% hand-painted product will reach your door!

**I craft my products by hand after each order. Therefore, the current order-to-ship time is 5-7 business days. I use 2-3 day priority shipping**

If you are local to the Charleston area and would like to pick up your item, please leave a comment in the note to seller portion. Pick up can then be arranged when the item is completed and shipping charges will be reimbursed.

SHIPPING
All packages will be shipped via USPS priority mail unless otherwise specified or desired. You will receive your tracking number once the package is shipped.

All packages will ship to your address listed in Etsy—please ensure your address is correct prior to ordering to avoid any problems. Oskee Rustic cannot be held responsible for any undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address.

Oskee Rustic cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. I package all items to withstand the bumps in transit. However, if your package does arrive damaged, please take several pictures and contact me immediately so that I can contact the shipping carrier.

Because all signs are made to order, I do not accept returns. However, if you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me.
