My keycaps don't fit, help!

Please make sure to check if your switch is a "+". Our keycaps only fit those types of switches. Our keycaps fit a stand-alone "+" without any borders around it. Therefore switches that belong to keyboards such as the razer huntsman, would NOT fit or be too snug. Please be aware before purchasing! Place keycap & push down firmly until it 'clicks'. Sometimes not enough pressure is initially placed to hold it together, and can result in the cap falling off.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

So sorry :( but due to customization, all sales are final for all the caps. If the caps gets lost, please contact your mail carrier as only they know the location. If for a exceptional reason we do accept your return, the customer is responsible for the return label and shipping as we already don't usually accept returns! Once the item returns to us, we will inspect it for its condition and if passible, will start the refunding process! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for broken caps after months of use as that is natural wear and tear. We will NOT replace any freebie items, as they are complimentary to you and not part of your order!

What is the difference between the clear and white keycaps?

Our white keycaps are PBT, and the clear are ABS. PBT is less common plastic but is thicker and durable. ABS tends to be the most common plastic for keycaps, appears and feels a bit thinner, but feels smoother. It's all about your preference in feeling as well as if you want the RGB lighting to show through the cap or not!

What happens when I mark the order as a gift?

If you have marked your order as a gift, I will add the itemized receipt from Etsy with no cost listed and if a note is included, we will print and add it to the order!

My order hasn't arrived/lost in mail/ or has the wrong address!

We ship items as soon as possible to you on our end (usually next day), as we know how excited you must be to receive them! But due to natural occurrences in the world, shipping may be delayed, so please give it some time! If ample time has passed and you still have not received it, please reach out to both your mail carrier (as they know the location/status of the package), and to me so I can see what is going on with it on my end! We are NOT responsible for the correctness of the address that you put! Our packages go out within the first 1-3 hrs of the order, so please ensure it is correct as it may delay shipping or not receiving the package at all! We are also not responsible for resending any international orders, sorry!

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry! Due to events in the past with international shipping, we do not ship outside of the US! We may in the future open it up to Canada and Australia etc, but for now, so sorry!

My package was sent back to you! What do I do?

If USPS sends back your order to us, there was a mishap upon delivering the order to your door. As I keep track of packages and message immediately about it to you if there is an issue, please note it is your responsibility to contact USPS, or schedule a redelivery. We are not responsible for resending the package again. If you would like us to repackage and redeliver, please contact us as to pay for the shipping fees as we do not offer refunds, thank you!

Are you taking any custom designs or keycaps?

So sorry! Our shop doesn't offer any kind of custom keycaps or variations of the keycaps we already provide in the shop! We hope you are able to find someone that can help you with your requests!

My keycaps aren't perfect/has minor imperfections!

So sorry! Due to being handmade, each of our products in the listing warns before purchase that they will be imperfect because they are handmade and we can only be human. sorry! We try out best to make each with care, but all keycaps inevitably will have minor imperfections that you won't be able to notice when not looking inches from the face and in everyday life!

✴☽ Use a keycap puller; do NOT pull on the keycap, as it may separate
✴☽ Wipe keycaps with a soft cloth, spray with an air can, or mild soap & water (do not soak in alcohol, bleach, or use abrasive cleaners/pads)
✴☽ Make sure to align the keycap with the "+" on your switch and press down firmly; if keycap comes off, you may not have put enough pressure for it to click. We check every keycap for durability before shipping
