Item is exactly as it is pictured and described ( unsure what the other review was talking about ) this item is EXACTLY AS PICTURED . Shipping took a little while and the sweatshirt is on the thin side . But other then that I love it and wear it a lot wanted to wear it to my treatments but it’s too thin and the infusion room are like refrigerators ..
