HOW DO YOUR DESIGNS WORK?

My designs are digital templates that you customize yourself using an editing program called Canva. Canva is easy and free to use - no downloading of software is required - edit your template right in your browser. HOW IT WORKS 1. Purchase the template listing and follow the prompts to download your pdf files containing your template links. 2. Click on the template link to start editing your template in Canva - if you don't have a Canva account, you will be prompted to sign up for one. Don't worry, Canva is free to use. 3. Once you're done editing, download your design as a PDF PRINT FILE to your computer 4. Print through a professional printer, office supply store, online printing shop or our partner printer, 'Prints of Love'.

WHAT CAN OR CANNOT BE EDITED?

Each design has different elements that can or cannot be edited to so it's best to check the detailed listing description for the item you're interested in. As a general guide, - Overall size and orientation of the template CANNOT be changed. If you require a different size or orientation to what is listed in the description, please contact me via Etsy Messenger to see if it's possible. - All of my templates are designed using free Canva elements or graphics from my personal graphics library, so there are no additional costs involved to customize the template. Although Canva does have a range of free and paid elements should you wish to customize further.

WHERE CAN I PRINT MY DESIGNS?

Make sure to check with your chosen printer first to ensure they can accommodate the size you require and meet your event deadline. You have several options for printing: 1. Home printer – best for smaller designs. 2. Office supply stores (Staples, OfficeMax, Officeworks, etc.) or any printing store that accepts PDF Print files. 3. Online printing – I recommend Prints of Love for high-quality prints & amazing service! I don’t recommend Walgreens or Walmart as they only accept JPG files, and the free version of Canva does not provide high-resolution JPGs.

WHERE ARE MY PURCHASED FILES?

Upon purchase you will be prompted to download the files containing the links to your templates. If you miss the prompt, you can find your purchased files in your Etsy account under 'Purchases and Reviews' Make sure you are signed into Etsy using an internet browser as the Etsy app doesn't allow access to digital files. Additionally, Etsy sends an automated email with a link to download your templates. IMPORTANT: ***Please make sure the email associated with your Etsy account is up to date before purchasing as we don't manually email your files. Also check your junk folder as the email can sometimes end up there.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATIONS OR EDITING SERVICES?

Sorry, I am not not currently offering customizations to items listed in the shop, new design requests or editing services. Please read the item description carefully before purchase and seek clarification before purchase if necessary.

Due to the nature of digital items, refunds, exchanges or cancellations aren't permitted. Please read the detailed listing description carefully before purchase to make sure the product meets your needs and expectations. We will not be held responsible if your products are not ready in time for your event. CAN I USE MY PHONE TO EDIT THE TEMPLATES?

While it is entirely possible to edit these templates using the Canva phone app, I personally recommend editing the templates using a laptop or desktop computer for ease of use and managing your saved files. All designs come with an instruction file which is aimed at editing your design from a desktop/laptop computer. (except for evites which will include instructions for editing with a phone)

I'M NOT VERY TECH SAVVY. IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR ME?

Our templates are designed for users with basic to intermediate computer skills. If you find technology challenging, you may encounter difficulties during the editing process. Please consider your comfort level with digital tools before purchasing as we are unable to offer refunds or edit the templates on your behalf. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions or concerns.

CAN I USE YOUR DESIGNS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES OR DISTRIBUTE THEM TO OTHERS?

My templates are intended STRICTLY FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. They are not approved for commercial use or distribution in any way. This includes but is not limited to utilization by party planners, funeral homes, contractors, or employees for any form of profit-making purposes or gain, whether monetary or not. My designs are copyrighted under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 and Berne Convention. This means they are legally protected, and I kindly request that they are not used in any way that violates these policies. If you are unsure, please reach out to me for clarification.

CAN YOU EMAIL MY PURCHASED FILES?

We do not personally email purchased files as it voids Etsy's Purchase Protection Guarantee. The purchase process is automated by Etsy and you can find your purchased files via 1. The order confirmation page that pops up after purchase 2. Your Etsy account if you were signed into it when purchasing 3. An automated email that Etsy sends after purchase. (if you don't see the email, check your junk folder) It is important to ensure your email address associated with your Etsy account is correct and up to date before making your purchase.
