Are your stickers waterproof?

The materials I use to make stickers are great quality, stickers are *water resistant* but not waterproof. They will hold up best if not soaked in water or any other liquids and are NOT dishwasher safe. Light cleaning is suggested.

I see a Navy Sticker I like, I would like it to be customized to my command/ship. Is that an option?
