Personalization & Font Styles - Can I see all letters in every one of your font styles? (Yes!)

All personalization is embroidered with state of the art embroidery machines to provide you with the highest quality results. We do not use heat press or vinyl. Each listing has a photo of our font style chart so that you can see samples of different lettering styles that are available to you. A link to each font style is located directly below the chart. This is an important step that we recommend you take to ensure you are going to love what you select. A preview of your exact personalization is available upon request (see info below).

Monograms, Names & Text Formatting

Please review our font style chart located in the photos of each listing. ►MONOGRAMS •Monogram fonts are shown on the right side of our chart. •Fonts 12, 18 and 26 are in the order "first middle last". •Any other 3 letter monogram style (on right side of chart) is in the order "first LAST middle" with the last name in the center, taller. •We embroider monograms exactly as you give them to us. •We don't rearrange the letters, be sure they are in correct order for your font style. ►NAMES & TEXT •Name & Text font styles are on the left side of the chart. •Give us names or text exactly as you want them embroidered in upper and/or lower case letters. •Cursive fonts cannot be all uppercase letters. •We're here to help if you have questions.

Size charts are typically located in with the product photos. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions regarding the size of any item. Our bride and bridal party wedding shirts are men's oxfords. As such they will be over sized on most women. Smaller sizes are available upon request. Some items are unisex and run bigger on women. We typically spell this out in the description and include a size chart. Please contact us before you order if you have any questions or if you need additional measurements. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part. Be sure to check the sizing and ask questions before you order.

Rush Order vs Standard Order

►Standard Order: Plan on our full advertised production time for your order. If our full advertised turn around time + ship time will not work for your needs, please contact us before you order to discuss a rush. ►Rush Order: You must get approval for a rush before you order. Please don't request a rush in your instructions unless you've received pre-approval from us. We don't always see your instructions right away, so if you didn't get pre-approval, your order may not arrive by your deadline. Including a rush request that has not been pre-approved by our shop doesn't guarantee a specific delivery date. Free/standard shipping/USPS does not guarantee a specific delivery date. UPS is a better option when a specific delivery date is needed.

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds - Cancellations

Each item is customized and embroidered to your specifications upon ordering and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. If there is error on our part we will replace the item entirely at our expense. Please notify us of any issues with your order upon delivery so we can assist you. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so please ask all questions before you order.

Shipping - Tracking - Insurance

We ship USPS & UPS at our discretion and provide tracking & insurance. Your satisfaction is important to us so contact us immediately with any delivery issues. Provide a correct/complete shipping address with your order. Shipments returned for incorrect address provided by a customer will require added costs which are the customer's responsibility. The USPS advises to ship only to people currently registered to receive mail at a shipping address. Using someone's name who doesn't receive mail at the ship address can cause the order to be returned. We are not responsible for lost/delayed orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by a customer. We will assist as best we can with recovery efforts if you make a shipping address error.

Can I see a proof of my monogram before you start?

Yes! Upon request, we're happy to send up to 3 complimentary proofs after an order is placed. A proof is a graphic preview of your personalization in the font style you requested. Request your proof in your instructions when you order, and we'll send a preview to your inbox. Once we send you the proof, you have 48 hours to approve or request changes to the personalization. Failure to reply or communicate with us during the proofing process will result in our designer making final decisions when your scheduled ship date arrives. At that time we will proceed using our judgement. Check your Etsy inbox if you've requested a proof and reply or you will forfeit your ability to approve or make any changes when you ship date arrives.
