Due to health and hygiene reasons, face masks are non-returnable and non-refundable. Therefore, please check the sizing before placing orders. The elastic can be adjusted by twisting or tying to make shorter to meet individual fit as they are universal adult sizing and everyone is different.

Can you post your cards directly to the recipient?

Yes! We are able to post our cards straight to recipient. Please make sure you checkout using their delivery address. We handwrite your message (please leave in personalisation box or order notes) in the card. If wanting to send to more than one recipient, please order the cards separately so postage is covered.

Overseas Orders Information

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Due to the varying postage prices depending on the size and weight of the package, postage overcharges will be refunded where necessary.

For UK orders, Royal Mail do not class items as lost until 10 working days after their expected delivery date. For international orders, Royal Mail do not class items as lost until 25 working days after their expected delivery date. Working days do not include Sundays, bank holidays or days where industrial action is taking place.
