How do I adjust the retention and prevent the screws from loosening?

Tighten the retention screws to increase retention or loosen them slightly to reduce it. Make small adjustments and test the fit each time. Regularly inspect all hardware and apply a small amount of removable thread locker to help prevent screws from loosening. Never use permanent thread locker, and always unload and remove the firearm before making adjustments.

Why does my light bearing holster fit but not "click" like your other holsters?

Although each holster is molded for the exact firearm and accessory listed, light-compatible holsters may not produce the same distinct “click” as our standard holsters. Because the retention is designed around the attached light, it functions slightly differently while still providing secure, friction-based retention when the correct light is installed.

What should I do if I believe my package is lost or has been stolen?

Will this holster fit other firearm models or weapon lights?

No. Each holster is molded specifically for the exact firearm model, generation, barrel length and weapon light combination listed in the product description. Even firearms or lights that appear similar may have different dimensions, controls, trigger guards or mounting locations that affect the fit and retention. The holster should not be used with any firearm model, weapon light or accessory combination other than what it is specifically labeled for. Will the holster scratch my firearm?

Normal contact between the firearm and holster may cause minor cosmetic wear over time. Dirt, debris or damaged surfaces inside the holster can increase the chance of wear.

Do I need to use a belt?

A sturdy gun belt is strongly recommended. Using the holster without a proper belt may cause the holster to move or come out with the firearm during the draw.
