I ordered a custom saddle pad and everything was a top notch experience. The saddle pad arrived earlier than expected on a short notice order with requests for specific colors to be used. They asked questions to make sure the colors were u sets told and then sent pictures before shipping to make sure no adjustments were needed. The saddle pad was even more beautiful in person my daughter loved it and it was the highlight of the show we entered. She received many compliments and questions on where she got it. We will be ordering from them again.
Item was exactly as pictured. Will be a super cool Christmas present.
The item received was not what was advertised/pictured. I received a poor quality duplicate attempt. The leather is sewn over the design on the edges. The inlay was not an inlay, but rather looks like a child slop-ily painted teal blue on the leather and any parts surrounding. It is missing the design where the saddle handle goes- it is picturedas an inlay and is just plain leather. The notches in the design are completely missing. The leather is black, not a beautiful aged brown, the designs along the bottom are different than pictured- much smaller. The fringes are sewn in above the leather and cut very hap-hazardly. This was a gift and my daughter was so disappointed. Customer service was not helpful, only offered a coupon when return/refund was requested- then failed to respond further.
