How do we wash our products?

For best results: Machine wash before use. Wash cold water, NO fabric softener. Air dry or low heat if you must. Wool dryer balls work great for fluffing up blankets! NO dryer sheets We recommend using a mild powder detergent, no pods.

My package says delivered, but have not received it.

We’re sorry to hear your item hasn’t arrived yet. Delivery-related concerns are best handled by the delivering post office. Custom and personalized orders

If choosing to add a name to your order, we will send you a mock-up of your name within 24 hours for approval. We must receive: Name Font Choice Thread Color And minky back color IF selecting "choose another color" We will be unable to proceed without all the details. Please note if we don't receive approval once mock-up is sent and font and spelling are approved, we will need to refund the order. All order details and mock-ups must be confirmed within 36 hours of purchase to proceed so we can create your dream blanket! The longer the name, the smaller the letters will be to fit into the hoops. Please make sure prior to purchase that all information is correct. All sales are final due to the nature of the order, no exceptions.

What is your processing time?

Our processing time is 2-5 business days. Oct-Dec is our busy season and it can take 5-9 business days.

Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?

We can drop ship at no additional cost! Make sure to leave name and address in the shipping section. Please double check shipping address before placing your order. Want to add a card? Check "gift" box when checking out! Our prices never show on our gift receipts! If you select gift note, we always suggest adding a sweet note so your recipient knows who it’s from. And don’t forget to double-check the shipping address before placing your order—we’re unable to make changes once it’s completed.

How to Checkout Without Personalization

If you’d like your item without personalization, simply write “no name.” If “no name” is selected but a name is still written in, we’ll pause your order until we confirm whether it was a mistake or a change of heart

If a package makes its way back to me, I’ll be in touch! Reshipping will be the buyer’s responsibility, so to keep things smooth, be sure to double check that address at checkout.

My 3rd minky I've ordered from Kemaily site. It's a gift for Grdaughter Christmas. I'm hoping she will then leave her Mom's blanket alone. It is perfect like the others I've purchased.
