What to know
About this item
These are my favorite tools for cooking meats and vegetables on the grill (bring 'em along for camping and picnics, too). I make them from 3/16" square steel stock so the food won't flop around on them when you have to flip to the uncooked side.
The handle is drawn down to a taper, scrolled, and twisted. I coat with a baked-on oil finish that holds up well in the grill and care is similar to cast iron pans.
