What do I receive after purchase?

Voguish Studio sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping fees apply. Once your payment is fully confirmed by Etsy, you will automatically receive a digital file deliverable through Etsy. Etsy will usually send this to the email address connected to your Etsy account or guest purchase, and you can also access your order from your Etsy Purchases section. In most cases, the digital deliverable is a PDF file that contains clickable links to Canva templates, digital assets, instructions, or other resources included with that specific product. Some products may be delivered in a different digital file format depending on the listing. Please read each listing carefully to see exactly what is included.

Why haven’t I received my file yet?

Digital files are delivered automatically by Etsy after your payment has been fully confirmed. In some countries, or with some payment methods, Etsy may take longer to process the payment. Your bank account may show the payment as completed, but the order may still be pending inside Etsy’s system. If your file is not available immediately, please allow up to 48 hours for Etsy to complete the payment processing. Sellers do not control this process and cannot manually release the file before Etsy confirms the order. If the file is still not available after 48 hours, please contact Etsy Support directly so they can check the payment status.

How do I access and save my digital product?

First, check the email address you used at checkout, especially if you purchased as a guest. Etsy usually sends the download link there after payment is confirmed. If you purchased through an Etsy account, you can also find your files under Purchases. Download the file, open it, and click the links inside. If your product includes Canva templates or other linked resources, open and save them to your own account as soon as possible, as links may expire after 30 days.

How long will I have access to my purchased templates or assets?

Your access is permanent, not temporary, but you need to make copies of your files in your own accounts and systems, as the links themselves may expire. Please download your Etsy file and open/save any included links immediately after purchase. Voguish Studio guarantees that the access links provided in your digital file will work for 30 days after purchase. After that, links may expire, change, or become unavailable due to platform, file-access, or third-party updates outside my control. Once saved to your Canva account, device, cloud storage, or relevant platform, make a backup copy before editing.

Do I need Canva Pro and can I edit the templates?

Please check the listing description before purchase. It will tell you which app, platform, or tool is needed for that particular product. If the product is a Canva template, you can edit it in Canva and it will clearly state whether it is created for Canva Free or Pro. You can edit the templates 100%: change the text, colors, fonts, images, layout, and other design elements. Most Canva templates can be used with a free Canva account. If a template includes any Canva Pro elements, you can replace them with free Canva elements or with your own photos, graphics, and brand assets.

Are photos, content, captions, or assets included?

Please check each listing carefully. Some (especially newer) products include ready-written content, captions, photos, or other done-for-you elements. Other products are more flexible digital resources intended for you to customize with your own content, images, or brand details. Each listing explains what is included in that specific product.

Can I use the templates for my business or clients?

The purchase of each digital product gives you the right to use that product to create content or brand assets for one business — either your own business or one client business. If you want to use the same product for another client or multiple client businesses, you need to make a separate purchase for each additional business/client. You may not buy one product and use it as an unlimited client resource. If your client wants a link to the templates for their own use as well, they also need to purchase their own set from the shop.

Can I resell, share, or redistribute the files or templates?

No. Reselling, sharing, redistributing, gifting, transferring, sublicensing, or claiming Voguish Studio products as your own is strictly prohibited. This applies to original files, Canva links, digital assets, written content, captions, prompts, imagery, and edited versions. Changing colors, fonts, images, text, layout, format, or branding does not give you the right to resell or redistribute the products.

Can I use these to create resale products?

No. You may not use Voguish Studio products to create or sell Canva templates, social media templates, PLR products, MRR products, digital downloads, design bundles, lead magnets, editable files, or any other resale product. You may not copy, remake, repackage, or recreate the structure, layout, written content, captions, prompts, imagery, or visual system for resale or redistribution.

Can I get a refund or ask a question?

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted after purchase. Please read the listing description and listing images carefully before buying.
