Find your downloads in your Etsy account (here's how: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949) Unzipping files: normally every computer has built-in unzipping software. Just double click the file after you download it on your computer. If you don't have any unzipping software on your computer, you can do it online: http://unzip-online.com/Zip
