Alexandra did a phenomenal job! This is a 2nd (cotton) anniversary present for my husband. Right from the start she responded quickly, drafted a design based on my request to incorporate Edward Gorey Bats and our wedding flowers into a design with one of our wedding photos. The hoop is absolute perfection and the embroidery exquisite. I cannot wait to gift it and then hang in our place. Delivery timeframe was also exactly as quoted. Overall, highly recommend.
