The extensive exposure to air, high humidity, sweat, skin/hair products,
and rubber all hasten the oxidation process.
Here are a few quick tips to help:
TO KEEP ITEMS SHINY:
Keep enclosed in the purple bag when not used.
Avoid using any rubber products when displaying.
Clean jewel with a polishing cloth after wearing.
CLEANING YOUR JEWEL:
Use a polishing cloth as your primary cleaning tool.
Use sterling silver liquid cleaner as seldom as possible.
Both polishing and liquid cleaners can be found at most major departaments stores.

In personalized jewelry you will be able to choose the engraving, which you will write in the personalization section, as indicated on each jewelry.
In cases where possible, I will send you a proof of how the engraving looks, which you can modify, AS LONG AS WE ARE WITHIN THE SHIPPING PERIOD that Etsy points out. If you have not responded to the message with the proof of the recording within the established time (normally a business day), I will proceed to send the product with the image that I have sent you, and I will give silence as confirmation of your satisfaction with the proof. Once the jewel is sent, I can no longer make modifications and you will have to keep the jewel, since it is personalized, or return within 14 days.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM UK or another countries outside UE if this involves paying custom again. I will not accept the package and it will be back. You must send the package as a return and present that customs has already been paid, with the receipt from Etsy.
