✔️ PRINTING:
Direct To Garment is a digital printing which is a much newer process that involves your artwork being processed by a computer, and then printed directly onto the surface of your product. Digital printing is not a heat transfer or appliqu'e, as the ink is directly adhered to the fabric of your shirt (no peeling or cracking).

✔️ SHIPPING
Please note as per ETSY policy we can not make any changes to shipping addresses when the order is placed. Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping.

✔️ RETURN:

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Return shipping is paid by customer unless there is an issue with order due to shops mistake. A return shipping label will then be provide. When return is received in new condition like as it was received. A full refund with be submitted. If you are wanting a different size you will have to you will have t reorder at that time.

✔️ CANELLATIONS:
All orders placed must be cancelled within 24 hrs. Any order cancelled after 24 hrs may be billed for any and all work completed on your order.

✔️ CARE INSTRUTIONS: 
Once you’ve customized your apparel with your own unique design, you’ll also want to keep that design looking new and vibrant for as long as possible. You can help make that happen with the tips below.

Machine-wash at as low a temperature and as gentle a cycle as possible.
Turn garments inside-out before washing and drying.
When machine drying, use a lower temperature if possible.
Don’t iron directly on the print or custom-embroidered areas.
Avoid bleach and other harsh detergents.
