How to Download a Digital File?

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases section of your Etsy account. - Click on “Your Account” - Choose “Purchases” - Locate the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order) The file will go to your “Downloads” folders Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you pay with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes. Etsy will send you two different emails: a download notification and a transaction notification email. You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

How to open a ZIP file?

To open a ZIP file on a MacOS desktop device, simply "Double-click" it and the files will be extracted to the same folder. To open a ZIP file on a Windows desktop device, right-click on the ZIP file you want to unzip and select "Extract All" or a similar option. To open a ZIP file on your iPhone you will have to download a 3rd party app such as Izip or a similar application.
