If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

I will accept a return or exchange in case the item is unused and in it's original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for limited edition prints. In case of returns I will refund item price only, I won't be able to refund shipping. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and making sure that the item makes it back in the original condition. I don't accept returns on customized products, original paintings and framed prints.

Please unwrap the prints carefully and handle them with clean hands or using protective gloves.

Do not touch the printed surface but hold the prints on the sides where the white border is. Be especially careful with black and dark printed surfaces.

Best practice is to keep the prints in their original packaging until you are ready to frame them.
