Do your prints come with frames?

No, all my art prints are unframed. Frames and mats in listing photos are for mock up and display purposes only and not available for sale. If you need help finding or choosing the perfect frame, please reach out to me :)

My order is delayed, when will it arrive?

I'm sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived! If your tracking status shows “Arriving Late,” that means your package is still in transit but delayed by the carrier. Unfortunately, I do not have additional information beyond what appears on your tracking page. Please contact your local post office and request that they file a Service Request for your package. This helps the USPS locate and move delayed items more quickly. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

This seller was a dream to work with. I normally message ahead of buying to make custom requests, but with the sale ending, I ordered and then sent very detailed customized requests of changing backgrounds and adding text. The seller was excellent with communication and a cheery attitude. She sent me proofs as well as the final products in the custom sizes, too. I will absolutely love to buy more cute products from this shop! Can't recommend enough - thank you! :)
