When will you ship my order? When will my order arrive?

Usually we will process each order on 1-3 workday. Deliver Time = Process Time + Shipping Time Process Time: 1-3 days Shipping Time: Fast shipping:3-5 days Standard shipping:15-30 days *If the items are in stock, the processing time will be shorter. *If the order is during a holiday or promotion, the order volume is high. The delivery time may be a little late, but it still depends on whether your order is available.

Can you ship to my country? How long & how much?

* We ship to worldwide countries. * It will take about 5-20 days to be delivered to worldwide countries, maybe some more days for some remote places. * For the shipping cost, it depends on the total weight of the item you purchase.

Customs Taxes and VAT problem

Please note that we are not responsible for taxes charged by customs. Anyway, we will try to avoid any customs taxes. But for some Europe countries and Canada, and parts of South America are very heavily taxed, they always charge customs taxes.

If I have urge use, how can I do?

You can please make the order with fast shipping, and leava a note with the lastest day you need, then we will try to expedite for you. If you have already make the order with standard shipping but you want to ship with fast shipping, please contact us and then we will upgrade your order to fast shipping(It is valid until your order is sent), you can just pay the upgrade shipping price difference. :-)

How can I buy if I don't have a paypal account?

Credit card payment may have errors, we recommend paying through PayPal, no matter if you have a PayPal account or not. You can still use your credit card to pay through PayPal.

Why has my order taken so long to receive?

As we all know, We will buy in advance before Christmas, so if you choose standard shipping for your order, it may take 20-30 days or even longer to receive the standard shipping for orders starting in November and after. :-) so if you have urge use please buy the fast shipping. We can ship to worldwide. Usually it will take 3-5 days to be delivered via fast shipping. And 15-25 days to be delivered via standard shipping. Maybe be some more days to some remote area.

Can you make Custom/Personalization order?

Yes, we can make the custom order, like add a monogram on your bag, or engrave your name/initials on the bag. It can make your gift more personal.

What if my goods are returned

Please make sure that someone receives the package after the goods are sent out or please let me know a contact number that works well for express company contact when you make the order. If the package are returned to the seller because the buyer does not reply or the courier company cannot reached the buyer, or the buyer needs the seller to resend the package after the return, Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the goods are returned for any reason attributable to the Seller, the Seller shall be responsible for resending the packages.
