The length of all my kandi bracelets can be personalized! If you don't already see your size, you can always include you wrist size (in inches) in the personalized description. I don't make bracelets above 8.5 inches due to pricing restrictions. XS - 5 inches, SM - 6 inches, MD - 7 inches, LG - 8 inches

Kandi bracelets can take 2-7 days to process. Please be mindful of my processing times when you order to ensure your package arrives according to any personal plans (gifting, events, etc.). I highly suggest ordering within a minimum of 2 weeks prior to an event. (Please note: Shipping time does not include processing time)

Orders are shipped Tuesday evenings. If I'm having to delay shipment, I will contact you ASAP. Last minute Monday orders may have to be pushed to the following week, please be considerate.

I cannot stress this enough, PLEASE input your correct shipping address. If it's invalid, I will contact you immediately to get it fixed. Be aware that once your package has been shipped, it is out of my control on how shipping carriers handle it. If you input the wrong address and its not resolved BEFORE shipping, there's a large possibility you wont be able to receive your package which must result in submitting an Etsy refund ticket from your end.

Listing Photos & Kandi Designs

I'm frequently updating my listing photos with improved designs, so regarding your kandi order, you may not get the identical bead pattern shown in the photo. You WILL receive the corresponding color pallet. Why do I do this? I want to give each order a personalized touch while using my full range of beads. You can state if you'd prefer the exact bead design in the personalized description.

My order was cancelled?

If I need a response to correct your address or to start the collaborative process of your custom, I will give you up to a week to reply. If those issues, questions and/or concerns are not answered by then, I may have to cancel your order due to prolonged processing times. I use Etsy messaging, please have your inbox open.

I do not do returns/exchanges due to how complex Etsy's system can be. Please be mindful of how bulky kandi beads can be when choosing your bracelet length. If you have questions about correct wrist sizing, please reach out with questions.
