Shipping was at a snail’s pace however when I contacted customer support to ask about it the shipping was very swift The lapis I ordered was absolutely gorgeous and the seller sent me 3 bonus items suitable for focal also it’s only fair to say that I ordered these items during the holidays and I’m sure this was the cause of the initial shipping problem I will definitely be a lifetime customer
