How long does delivery take?

Most pieces leave our workshop within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order designs may take up to 10 business days to prepare. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Tracking will be available in your Etsy account. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs processing may add extra time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. For returns, we refund the item price only. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded. For exchanges, we cover shipping of the replacement item. For US orders shipped DDP, customs duties and import taxes included in the order price are non-refundable. Duties or taxes may apply again to exchanges. Please message us before returning an item, and we’ll guide you through the process. Fabric cut to length, remnants, and samples are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Yes. Because we design and sew everything in our own European workshop, we can tailor any item to your exact measurements. Share your vision with us and we’ll confirm details before making your one-of-a-kind piece.

How sustainable are MagicLinen's products?

Every piece is crafted in-house, allowing us to control quality and ethics. Our linen is OEKO-TEX certified, meaning it’s safe for you and your family. We use fabric scraps for labels, create zero-waste collections from deadstock, and keep packaging minimal with little to no plastic.

What does the fabric feel like?

Soft and comforting from the very first day. Our linen is stonewashed, so it never arrives stiff or scratchy. With every wash it becomes cozier, while staying breathable, durable, and kind to sensitive skin.

Will the color match what I see online?

We photograph our linens in natural light to show true shades, but screens can vary. As a natural fiber, linen may show subtle variations between dye lots. If you need an exact match, we offer fabric samples.

Is it easy to care for linen?

Yes. Linen is naturally strong and simple to care for. Wash in cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle, using mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softener, as they weaken the fibers. Tumble dry low or line dry; remove while slightly damp for fewer wrinkles. With every wash, your linen becomes softer, more comfortable, and long-lasting.
